Mr. John Bernardoni
Ancient Mariner Productions

Dear John:

Your idea on the "Legends of Space" is an excellent one, and I certainly endorse your efforts to make it all come to pass. The Legacy of Apollo is not the technology and science that evolved from our ventures to the moon, but rather the human endeavor of thousands of people who were committed to doing what most thought at the time to be impossible. It's the voices and reflections of those who just didn't know it couldn't be done that we need to capture for the future. Wouldn't it be great to have Columbus or Lewis and Clark telling us in first person "what it was like"? John, your job is tough, but I'm sure it will be rewarding. Like Apollo itself we'll never understand the real significance of "Legends of Space" until tens of years have passed into history.

Sincerely,

Eugene A. Cernan

Dear John,

It truly has been a pleasure to work with you in the acquisition of Alan Bean and Pat Boone for our upcoming client speaking engagements. Your camaraderie was of the extent you do not find in today's business world. You jumped through hoops along side me in the effort to secure Alan Bean in a four day span of time....nearly an impossible feat. I have enjoyed working with someone who has the same work ethic I do: "Customer Service first" and "We can do it." Both you and your staff were wonderful....great attitudes. Kathryn mentioned your "hair being on fire", I thought that was just me! I look forward to a long and gratifying work relationship between our companies.....we'll talk more about a combined effort presentation. I had a great time in Bermuda and Alan Bean's presentation was inspiring, interesting, educational. He is a very humble gentleman; how refreshing. My client had the same response to his presentation that I did. They really enjoyed him! Thanks for all of your efforts. I hope that we will work together again next year for their next event that they tentatively plan for Hawaii. Perhaps you may be able to attend! Again John, I cannot thank you enough. I am sure Pat Boone's speaking engagement will be equally as stimulating....... Until next time......

Sincerely,

Karol Parker
Account Executive

Dear John,

Re: Jay Johnson and Mary Wilson,
Hyatt Regency Kauai

Mary did a great show! Getting "Supremettes" up from the audience was a real crowd pleaser, and we got same good video of those that were brave enough to come forward. And what more can I say about Jay? The guy is fantastic! He's very likely the funniest comedian I have ever seen. He's hilarious even without the dummies. His routines, both with Bob and with Darwin, are perfect. He is very likely the best entertainment buy, dollar for dollar, there is. John, you did good!

Sincerely,

Ken S. Pickle,

Dear John,

Thank you so much for your kind letter. Thanks as well for helping to make the AmerUs Life Centennial a resounding success. I can't tell you how much positive feedback I've had. Everyone absolutely loved Gordie. People have been trying to do his impressions all week. They are still talking about how amazing the performance was. After all my procrastination, I am very, very glad AmerUs Life got to see Gordie Brown. Thanks for convincing me. Thanks again for everything .... including listening to me Saturday night when I needed to vent about the service of the Convention Center. I meet with Ginger (the food service director) tomorrow .... it should be an interesting meeting.

All my best,

Mary F. Bell
Director, Conventions & Meetings

Dear John,

Once again I would like to express my gratitude and thanks for all of your patience, help and organization to make this year's SEMICON West Banquet such a success. It took SEMI a long time to decide on an entertainer, but we appreciated your ideas, advice and patience during the thought process. Dionne Warwick was a hit! She was perfect for the location, being we were in San Jose. It was obvious our attendees were having a great time as they got involved in her music and her performance. It was a pleasure working with you. During the pre-planning process it was comforting to know that you were working directly with the hotel and Ms. Warwick's team on a daily basis. Once we were on-site, you took care of all the details and I did not have to worry about a thing! I was able to sit back and enjoy the evening along with everyone else which never happens to a meeting planner. I hope there will come a time in the future that we will be able to work together again. I know that it was a job well done when our Board of Directors say it was the best banquet they've been to in 25 years. Thanks again for a wonderful and memorable event!

Best regards,

Stephanie Berger

Dear John:

I want to thank you for bringing Gordie Brown to our "Aloha Ihilani" convention. He was a huge success. He was by far the most popular feature of our program. We had our attendees complete surveys on our various programs with the scale being from 1-5. Gordie received an average score of 4.84 - the highest score given to any segment of our program. Several attendees wrote in a score of 10 for Gordie. Thanks again John, and keep the great talent coming!

Sincerely,

Kimberly J. Grund,
FLMI Distribution Administrative Services Team Leader
