John is a University of Texas graduate from the School of Communications –  Radio, Television and Film Department, a former standup comedian and musical comedy actor, writer of Busby – a Broadway libretto optioned by Radio City Music Hall, an entertainment industry representative for the President’s Commission on Moon, Mars and Beyond to reignite public support for space exploration, an entertainment booker and producer for hundreds of public and private events, a producer of multi city tours and the producer of a bona fide world film premiere with Universal/MCA broadcast in 156 countries. This guy deserves a raise!

John also served for 12 years as co-founder and director for the restoration and rejuvenation of the Paramount Theatre for the Performing Arts in Austin, Texas between 1975 and 1985. The venue is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places in Washington, D.C. and is an official Texas Landmark. The Paramount will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2015.  The theatre is now celebrated nationally as a showcase for South by Southwest – the nation’s largest interactive, film and music industry enclave – and home to numerous world premier films and live artists in all disciplines of music, theatre, comedy and variety.
